For everyone’s comfort and safety, please no extra guests, including children or parents, during appointments. However, please note that day before - same-day cancellations will result in a $30 fee or the option to reschedule which will cut the last minute cancellation fee to $15 Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice or don’t respond after cancellation fee (no-shows) will not be eligible to book future appointments. Squeeze ins : Afternoon- $15 additional charge Evening - $25 additional charge Weekends - $35 additional charge My evening appointments are limited and meant for clients who work late or truly need an evening time. If you’re available during the day, please book a morning appointment /afternoon . Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Nailcouture.tx has a 35% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Nailcouture.tx at (214) 455-2313 or shantalleruiz23@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
